Andrew Shillaber, A relative newcomer to art, my fascination with painting and drawing started two years ago and has no signs of waning. I really enjoy capturing moments and scenes that I've been fortunate to have visited but recently have started to have an appreciation for all the complexities, challenges and rewards of painting people. Apart from oils, I've tried to have a go at lots of different mediums but keep getting drawn back to watercolour. Inspiration often comes from other people and what they create, so am hoping to tap into that through other members of the club.
